As far as I know there is also no Express Card version of a PROFIBUS CP planned but there is an alternative. Have you ever heard about the USB 2 PROFIBUS CP called CP 5711? With this universal USB interface you may replace your CP 5512 and you can use it at any new PC or Laptop, just by plugging it in. You will require the latest versions of STEP 7 or SIMATIC NET to receive the required drivers, but they work quite well. Best regards J_Bell

I have a EX-PCMCIA converter for use my CP5512, this is the link: http://produto.mercadolivre.com.br/MLB-132826008-express-card-p-pcmcia-vivo-zap-claro-expresscard-notebook-_JM The unique exception of this converter is: You have to connect the converter in EX slot, turn on your computer, initialize the Windows, restart your computer and the CP5512 is started!
