I have an error message with my CP5611 card 

I formatted my hard drive and all reinstalls. 
But I still have the error code 0x031b.

if you can, try insert CP to other free PCI slot. Make again Diagnostic test from PG/PC menu. Do you try use termination resistors (in case you're using DP cable/connectors)?

Update: hope you're not try connect to DP network with MPI profile. Pls confirm.

maybe info if it was working in previous close history will be fine. In any case make test with one DP connector with PG socket inserted to CP and cable from PLC to PG socket on connector. Turn resistor on connector ON. In some situations it need to be set ON resistor, if you already use PB cable, turn on CP side connector that resistor ON and make tests.
