unaplc Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	I have problem with CP5621 card on PC (it is installed over CP5611 driver) It was working properly, but without no visible reason it isn't visible anymore in Set PG/PC Interface and cannot be operated. It is visible under Windows Device Manager andthereit issaid that deviceis working properly. I'm sure that card is OK, because in the meanwhile, I tried this card on another PC, and it is working normally with no problems. PC is operating under Windows 7, andWinCC flexible Runtime. I tried to reinstall driver, and Windows detected the card and installed appropriate driver, but still card isn't visible under Set PG/PC interface.

unaplc Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Hello, Installed is SIMATIC WinCC flexible Runtime 2008 SP3 release: V1.40.0.0_1.16.0.7 Operating system: Windows 7 Professional Service Pack1. Norton Internet Security Version: 19.5.0.145 Nothing else is installed on this PC. Only thing that included software reinstallation was that when problem started I tried to reinstall driver, but accidently removed it completely. The only way to bringdriver back was to reinstall WinCC flexible, which I did. The problem appearance is the same before and after this installation. Best regards

unaplc Posts: 10 Rating: (0)	Problem is solved. I installed and uninstalled WinCC flexible RT and Step 7 v5.5 for few times, and finally at some point CP5611became visible. It seems that it was necessary to remove Set PG/PC Interface application completely through uninstalling allSiemens products(changing registry didn't help). I still don't know, why CP5611 suddunly stopped functionig and will it happen again!!! Hope this postwill help someone. Best regards
