Thanks, but your answer not helped.

I deleted my Network controler from list of devices, selected in Set PG\PC interface: S7Online=PCinternal.Local.1 (but there is no CP5622 in this list, because card not defined like CP5622, just only like network controller and i don't have button Install\remove interfaces). Win7 64 bit so i don't have notes in Registry, so i deleted from C:\ProgramData\Siemens\Automation\Simatic OAM\data\LogDevices files with name CP5622 and even PCinternal.Local.1, but after reboting PC nothing appeared.

PC Internal is not the right setting in most cases. If you have forther Problems with the CP I would open a Service Request in Siemens Support.
