Did you find the solution ? In some cases if I have an HMI connected to my S7-1215 while downloading and updating the plc, sometimes it goes into maintenance mode, and sometimes it says memory is corrupt. I cycle power on the plc and it automatically restarts, most of the time running the downloaded changes - maybe once it aborted during the download so plc ran the original programming so had to download again. If you experience this more than once, verify your plc is running the latest firmware and update as needed.
