CPU 1512SP F ET 200SP assign F-destination address failed (cannot identify)

Hello,

I cannot assign F-address to failsafe distributed module ET 200SP. There are two modules 16xF-DI and 4xF-DQ.

Interface module has configuration and other non-failsafemodules are accessible. When I click to Identify module, it ends immediately and shows red cross sign and Abort in staus.

I tried everything what I can. Does anybody know what is wrong?

I´m using TIA V13 SP1.

I already tried this next things with no regress:

- Install SP2 for V13

- Upgrade firmware from 2.05 to 2.1

- Downgrade firmware 1.8.4

- Install trial V14 SP1, convert, tried with FW 1.8 and FW 2.1

Still the same result.

Problem was, that there was missing eprom memory inside the socket for F-modules. It is small piece with 4-pin connector. TIA writes to this modules F-address.
