CPU 1515F-2 PN -> Fail safe discrepancy

Hello guys,

I have a little problem with some F-Input modules (6ES7 136-6BA00-0CA0, firmware v1.0) that from Hardware view it seems all ok (see attached HardwareView.PNG) and also the TAGs on that modules works properly.

But from the diagnostic DB, I have the QBAD = TRUE, PASS_OUT = TRUE, ACK_REQ = TRUE and DIAG = 16#00.

 I try to acknowledge it with ACK_GL command but the status don't change.

Have you any suggestion about it?

I understand why I have the signal of QBAD error on some module...

I checked it yesterday, on all module that I have the QBAD error only in them system DB (also if the HW is all OK), there are some spare TAG that I don't use in any parts of the SW.

When the tag is not use in a F-Block, its status is always FALSE and also its QBAD feedback is FALSE.

But if the QBAD feedback of a single TAG is FALSE means that I have a problem on.

So, the system DB will put out the QBAD error signal because, for it, there is a problem on one channel.

I had simmilar problem. I have ET200SP and 3x FDI 1x FDQ. I do not know why, but ACK_GL worked only with first FDI (HW settings are same for these three modules).

Thanks for topic and thank to user Unreality. I found solution that works well. I do not know if it is fully corretct, but works. You can se solution in picture bellow.
