cpu 1515f and et200sp safety I-O fault

Dear all,

I have a problem about Safety digital input and output modules. I used CPU 1515f-2 Pn and ET200SP all I-O modules are in ET200SP. Normal Digital I-O are fine but safety I-O modules has a fault.

Eror 1: Safety Source address not valid (F_source_add);

"The PROFIsafe driver has detected a prohibited or different source address.
Solution:
Check the parameter assignment of the PROFIsafe driver."

Error 2: Parameter error

"The module has detected a parameter assignment error. Parameter assignment errors include:
- The module cannot evaluate parameters (examples for possible causes: unknown parameters, invalid parameter combination).
- The module has not been assigned parameters yet.
- The user calibration does not match the parameter assignment.
- Calibration error
Solution: Check the parameters and correct them. Then reload the parameters to the module.
"

I could not find a solution. I need your support as soon as possible.

 Go to the ET200SP station in HW config. Go Online to the PLC. Then right click on the safety module and select "Assign PROFIsafe address". Then it opens a pop-up window, where you activate the check boxes in front of each safety module. After that press "Identification". After Identification is made, a new column appears (Confirm), then check the boxes and select "Assign PROFIsafe address.

 I am having the exact same issue, the problem is that because of the error (apparently), it does not let us assign the  Profisafe address to the module. Maybe you guys found a solution already? Mind sharing?

 Because of what error? Describe the situation better and attach a picture of the error.

This is the error I am getting, and the confirm column will never let me finish assigning the f_addresses to the module.

 Is the F-destination address higher than the maximum set in the PLC?

Did you find any solution to this problem? I am facing the same issue and kind of stuck.

We found a solution for this:

1, change the destination address in the PLC

2, download the PLC

3, physically remove the cards that are giving the issue  

4, put them back in their slots

5, assign profisafe address again from TIA

this worked for us when we had this issue, maybe it can help you also
