Hello, I performed an update of the Software Controller (V1.8 upd 5) and the only information that I have now on this part is that I need to download a configuration on the CPU, so I could put it in RUN mode (picture n°4). But, I can’t establish a link between the PLC and my computer to perform a factory reset using TIA Portal. Indeed, when I search the PLC via the LAN adapter (or just with an ethernet cable), TIA Portal doesn’t find any devices (picture n°1) and therefore I can’t go online to perform the factory reset. Now that theSoftware Controller is updated, I wanted to reset to factory reset the PLC to start from scratch and make software updates if needed afterwards using TIA Portal. Thanks by advance.
