in witch version of step 7 can i find them ?

A S7-200 CPU will be programmed using Step 7-Microwin.

A S7-314, depending of its date of production (and model number) can be programmed with Step 7 V5.x (the latest revision is Step 7 v5.6) or with Step 7 v1x Professional (if it not too old; latest version is Step 7 v16).

Please start by giving us the full part numbers of both of those CPUs, we will be able to give you more precise answers.

Are you sure about the S7-314 part number? I cannot find information for a 6ES7 314-1AHF10-0AB0 , but the 6ES7 314-1AF10-0AB0 does come up as a very old S7-300 , discontinued in 2010. 

As such, there is no way that Step 7 v1x (TIA Portal) will recognize this CPU. You have to use Step 7 v5.x to program it.

The S7-214 is a very old S7-200 CPU, version 1. I do not believe that Step7-Microwin v4.0 can even support it. It would work with Microwin v3.2 (6ES7810-2BC02-0YX0 ) but I cannot find this version on Siemens' sites..The screenshot below shows all the information available on that model, in Siemens Product Support.

only addition to Daniel's perfect infos, MicroWin 4 SP9 (last known version) also support older HW with firmw. 0.9 and higher, to 1.1. I see no problem use your 214 CPU with this version.

Update: for S7-200 HW you can step in to S7-200 Conference here: S7-200 Conference

Try for first inside MicroWin identify your CPU via menu PLC->Type and Click read PLC. You can then see if this version of your is compatible. What I saw from some of Topics there, this version was recognized correctly with v4.0 SP7 f.ex.
