          Am Using CPU 312 - Order Number :6ES7312-1AE14-0AB0

          And HMI KTP 600 - Order Number  : 6AV6647-0AC11-3AX0

        I want to communicate plc and hmi with MPI connection . And am using Programming Software TIA v13 . 

         So Plz send me the MPI Connection Pin details . And PLC to HMI Communication Procedure .

     Please Help this support ..

 Dear Arasan,

Pins 3,8 for data and pin 5 for ground. You can use standard profibus cable with standard profibus connectors.

pin number 3  to 3

pin number 8  to 8

pin number 5 to 5

procedure in TIA:

Create new project

create the PLC

create the Panel (use add new device in the project three), now a wizzard starts for the HMI Device

first dialog : on the right you select the PLC to which the Panel is connected

Now you can click finish or continue with the wizard to make additional configuragtions.

After finish the wizzard the HMI is created and connected to the PLC, ne Network is created automatic.

You must only control the adress settings of the MPI Interfaces of the PLC and Panel that there match the adresses from the HW devices.
