CPU 313C 2DP connectivity problem

anshul godika Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	We have a PLC 313C 2DP. the PLC is getting hanged in very short time (nowadays in every 5 or 10 mins). And while it is getting hanged, the message "No connection stablished. No respence from remote partner" appears in the STEP 7 language while we try to monitor or diagnose it. it shows on STEP 7 that it is not even connected. On the CPU all LEDs starts blinking (SF fault, BF fault, DC 5V, Run mode STOP mode). Please tell what can be the problem and what can be the solution.

What kind of connection you have between PLC and Step7? Since you are using Profibus (not explicitly stated in your post, but assuming that you are), are you sure the communication between the master(PLC) and the slaves is working properly? If you eventually connect successfully, go to SIMATIC Manager: PLC -> Diagnostic/Setting -> Module Information... (or press Ctrl+D) under tab Diagnostic Buffer, and Save As... Upload "Diagnostic.txt" file here. Best regards
