CPU 313C-2DP integrated counters

So, in HW config I can define 3 counters, like technical specification said. But, how I have addresses Count from 768 to 783? That is for 4 counters not for 3? One counter occupies 4 addresses (768,769,770,771 or one DINT) ?

Marcjan Platinum Expert Joined: 4/22/2010 Last visit: 12/15/2022 Posts: 5697 Rating: (708)	Hello, I have looked at the 312C (2 counters)and 314C (4 counters)for reference, it seems that there is always reserved space for 4 counters.(see attached document) Maybe that is done to make replacement with other type of PLC easier?
