CPU 314 goes into stop mode by I/O management

Csar1985 Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hello, We're experiencing some problems when trying to replace an old CPU 314 with a newer version The old plc is: 6ES7314-1AE01 The new plc is: 6ES7314-1AG14 When we enter the new plc in the system, it occasionaly goes into stop mode with the following error: Event 8 of 114: Event ID 16# 4548 STOP caused by I/O management Previous operating mode: RUN Requested operating mode: STOP (internal) Internal error, Incoming event 04:09:40:155 am 11/10/11 Event 7 of 114: Event ID 16# 4357 Module monitoring time started Operating mode: STOP (internal) Incoming event 04:09:40:604 am 11/10/11 Event 6 of 114: Event ID 16# 4358 All modules are ready for operation Operating mode: STOP (internal) Incoming event 04:09:41:239 am 11/10/11 When we put the old plc back in the system the problem is gone. We've already adjusted out program for the new PLC, we've replaced the IM360 cards, the power supply. Does anyone what's the exact cause of this problem? Or what the problem might be? Tnx in advance Nico Hi well did you load the program or just changed the CPU MLFB no in HW and downloaded the same to the new CPU. Download only the hardware and not the program part, did you check the help on the event that you have indicated, what does that say. Have fun....

poya_xp Posts: 167 Rating: (4)	Hi for changing the cpu in HWconfig and select the proper cpu from catalog, did you care about the version as well as the MLFB or not?
