CPU 315 ,2 DP its goes to stop mode, I/O access error

Dear Experts ,

      I have CPU 315 ,2 DP its goes to stop mode and SF led was blinks.I have checked in diagnostic buffer its shows STOP caused by I/O access error  ( OB not loaded or not possible ,or no FRB) as you seen in attached picture.

 Than after I have upload new blocks and hardware from my back up but still problem was same.

    One more point that, all IO cards in hardware configuration shows not ok.So to understand I have just taken out CPU from rack but in hardware configuration was same so I have doubt in CPU was faulty or not ??

I/O-access error comes because the programm wants to reach an I/O-module and it can´t.

It tries to access adress 24 in FC2.

has it already worked before? Or is it a new machine?

Dear Sir,

                This one is old machine and I have downloaded running machine back up. One thing I have find out that in HW diagnogsis I have seen all hardware with red line and in module information there is two line:expected and current type of Hardware ,so ihave seen that expected type was same as I have seen in HW configuration but current type was npot avilabel in any of 5 modules,So there may be problem of communication that CPU may be not communicat with other modul.So I have changed it's CPU also then download programme but problem was not solved and same as I have seen in Hardware configuration.
