CPU 315-2 PN/DP and HMi Wincc RT advanced simulation and communication

SM_007 Member Joined: 5/16/2017 Last visit: 2/14/2022 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi All Experts, I am new to Siemens software, so please help me out in this issue, I have came across a problem while using CPU 315-2 PN/DP and HMi Wincc RT advanced simulation and communication on PC. There is a communication between PLC and Wincc RT Advanced showing in connections but when i try to start the simulation in runtime the screen is not working . I mean to say that the objects in the screen are not working as per the animation and events

Look in your HMI Connection-> which AccessPoint is set here (default is S7ONLINE) -> Then next question-> do you want to connect to PLCSim or to real PLC? -> Open the PGPC Settings in Windows Control panel and set hte Accesspoint you have set in your HMI Connection to PLCSIm or your Networkcard.TCPIP.1 (depends on what connection you use) Bye Murof
