It seems that your DP slave Adr. 4 has Problems?

Output card with address 28 seems not to work properly.

I don´t think so 

Have a look at the time, when the entries were written in the buffer.

between this entries, you mentioned and the CPU-Stop are more than 2 months.

there were problems with the DP-Slave Adr. 4 in August, but on 13th Oct. the CPU went to Stop due to an IO-Error with no further information.

You lose communication with that slave. Put OB87 to avoid the CPU going in STOP mode.

Try it.

Create a new OB87 (empty) and download it.

This way eventually will prevent the CPU to go inSTOP. But will not solve the problem. And I don't know what is the CPU system control. If the CPU is in RUN but the slave/s is/are disconnected what will be the behaviour of equipment.

HW configuration for Adr 4 is like in photo. I think that problem is with I/O but how can i found it which module have a problem. Have any way to download some OB to avoid this case?

Yes.

Referring to the error message, problem appear at otput adress 28.
(This adress is in Slave 4).

You may check card, wiring and also power supply.

So what happen with the output because if the CPU do not go in STOP mode but the output module will not function for me this is not the solution. My process is very important to stay always in RUN mode.

If you listen to Hristos advice, the CPU will not go to STOP.
But the signals at Q28.x will still not work.

It depends from your special at-site situation, what case is more undesirable.
