CPU 316-2DP not supporting fourth one HMI

I'm using CPU 316-2DP with Simatic Panel PC which i configured on MPI network alone. At Profibus DP Network there are 13 Master Drive CUVC , 13 SC 16DI/ 16DO, 1 IM 153 and 3 MMI Bride with all these when i connect 2 KTP 600 either on DP or MPI its works fine.....

but as i connect 3rd one KTP600 on DP or MPI its doesn't make connectivity or one of these HMI or Panel PC lost connection. i had read CPU 316-2DP have maximum 11 OP communication limitation. but i think i haven't meet limitation.

I need your guide to resolve this problem. Your kind response is highly appreciated.

Please go to hardware configuration.

Double click on CPU and go to tab "Communication"

Here you can find how many connections are reserved (or free)

Perhaps you can change the amount of S7 Basic Communication to a lower number, so you get more free resources.

yes i had tried to change it.. but there is no tab of communication in offline mode, while in online mode i can see communication tab. where OP communication are 3 connected and 1 is reserve. but still facing problem.

What is the MLFB number of used CPU? (6ES7...) and what is Firmware  version?

There you will find:

So when you want more then 4 connections, you will have to shut down one static connection.

(One connection is reserved for PG, so 3 left)

Perhaps when you upgrade your firmware, you might get more. (When you select a CPU 316-2DP with fw 1.2, you have tab Communication and can make some changes)

If you upgrade the FW of the cpu, and upgrade the CPU in your project to V1.2 you can set Ressources to OP communication. As I remenber communication to HMI Runs quyite slow when attaching 4 OP's.

You have to upgrade the CPU using a memorycard,
