CPU 319 stopped after a "Sector failure"

In French-speaking countries, the word "secteur" is used to describe the electrical grid, so it could possibly be a an incident of that nature (grid loss) that is described. See this Wikipedia (French) disambiguation page (the first possibilty relates the word secteur to the electric power grid).

As stated by olloy, you really should try to open (and save) the contents of the diagnostic buffer (if the CPU is still able to communicater) so you can see what happened to your system, and the reasons it will not go back online.
