CPU 416-3 DP showing INTF Led on

have a look to FB1003. It wants to read in a DB, which is not on CPU.

It looks like your FB1003 is trying to read from a DB that has not been loaded into the CPU

 Whenbi open FB1003... It show that it is protected..

go in Simatic Manager in options -> reference data -> Display

do it like in the picture in the attachment.

then you can see where the FB1003 is called.
