SI-HACENE Posts: 39 Rating: (0)	Hello,happy new year for all body I have a CPU 840DE who lost it's memory acause battery. I changed the battery. I did boot with S3 and S4 for communication with HMI. the connection is made and I have a error code 2001. I see in the manuel service but i can't find solution for this probleme. I do not know what to do?? thanks

PLC Program and Paramter load after NCU RESET with S3 S4 ?

SI-HACENE Posts: 39 Rating: (0)	Hi, the boot on the manual for the 840D shows a switch of combinison S3 and S4 (switch on the front of the 840D) I did a reset on the panel can communicate with the CPU and displays the error message 2001. I try to put the Step7 communications connector on the X122 but no success. I stopped at this point.

If you don't have the MPI lightening you must check if you have external 24V on the X121 connector. Good luck Nit

SI-HACENE Posts: 39 Rating: (0)	hi The plug is connected to the X121 module S7 361-3CA00-0AA0 is supplied as the S7 module 361-3CA00-0AA0 is sent when I turn on the CPU. if you can tell me how I should between wich pins I will find the 24V I test confirmed.

X121 pin 1 24V - X121 pin 20 24V + if you've done a reset with S3 / S4 after commissioning instructions is no PLC program in the NCU the error message 2001 to the HMI is quite normal because the HMI does notcommunicate with the PLC the PLC Base Program is missing you have to load the PLC Program
