Cpu 943 goes to stop mode

Naqshapandy Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear All i have a problem with CPU 943b , sometimes during work it goes to stop mode , and i have to reload the program again from Eprom , then reload some data blocks from PG. i bought a new CPU , but problem still happened . Is it hardware fault . I can't fix it .do you have any sugesstions? the status ofistack ws follow · STOZUS = stop via external request for example via programmer stop display· STOANZ = stop display· NEUSTA = pc in cold restart· BATPUF = battery backup okay· ASPNEP = memory sub module is an EPROM· SYNFEH = synchronization error blocks are incorrect · NINEU = cold restart not possible After we reload the program we only have the following in the ISTACK AF = interrupt enable ASPNEP = ASPNEP

Phantom75 Posts: 2661 Rating: (278)	NINEU and SYNFEH indicate that the user program operations TNB, TNW,TIR or TDI have overwritten block headers or free memory space and a cold restart is no longerpossible (an overall reset is required).
