cpu changed

Dear friends,

 We have replaced new S7 300 cpu from existing. Previous order number is 6ES7 314-6CF02-0AB0 and current order number is 6ES7 314-6ch04-0ab0.. once I download the programme it was flashing SF fault.. when I check at hardware configuration it show order number difference, so I update in programme current order number and then no more order number difference error but SF error still there. I have attached image before changes and after changes.

Like already said, give us the diagnostic buffer.

But first of all, try to switch power OFF for a minute and restart.

these two CPU´s should be sparepart-compatible. It it is the 2nd successor.  

Configurations of the corresponding predecessor CPUs are upwardly compatible.

Have you changed the CPU in the HW-Config?

If yes, try to delete the Systemdata in the Blocks-folder online and offline and compile the HW-config again. Then load HW-Config and the System-Data-blocks.

Check the Input channel with address 368, evidently it is an analog Input.

This module do not respond, perhaps of power failure?

• The new product can replace the old one when modifing the hardware configuration and may be you need to modify something in the code / program itself.
