CPU NOT RECIVING SIGNA

i have problem with my simatic s7 200. when i power the machine "verfy loader data" comeson the screen.

can you pls more specify your PLC order number and Panel brand? Is that message on panel? That message looks like old OP7 / OP17 panel problem. Pls give more infos and pictures if possible.

in addition to my earlier post, when i power my machine, there is no indicator on the cpu, i/o module despite power on it.

I expect DC module so can you pls check with multimeter correct DC voltage on that power source? It must indicate +-24V. Sry but without right information about type of your CPU, we can't correctly help you.

one of our machines in my company has been down for so long now. when i powered there was no indicator led that comes ON on the plc unit.

23.8vdc was registered on the cpu module and the i/o module but no indication.

23,3 vdc was registered on the simatic op 7.

On the operator panel the message on the screen ' VERIFY LOADED DATA START CODE'

Details of my device:

Plc simatic s7 200, cpu 224 dc/dc/dc, memory mc 291

operator panel: simatic op7 v1.03

you don't need create new Topic with your new message, enough is click on bottom Answer  hmmm that message is still present on panel, nothing changed? With that voltage power source looks ok, try unconnect from power that panel and only plug PLC, try other combinations (only panel,...) or if you have other VDC 24V device to check that power source capability. You must find exactly where problem is. Pls give info.

Edit: pls look at OP7 backplane and write here that all number begining with 6AV...

thnx for OP data, it's that fine type of OP7, can be programmed via ProTool Lite. Have you project to that panel (configuration screens, tags,...)? Have you done some tests as I've said, it will be fine to know if some device working with that power source (maybe separately). I got one old OP7-pp that can't be configured via ProTool, your can be fine. Pls answer if that OP7 message still appear on screen or goes to another message.

My simatic s7 200 cpu 224 still not functioning, the voltage on the unit is 23.8vdc. i think the problem is

1.No communication between the input module and plc processor. 

2.plc not registering the input status internally, because when i toggle the input switch, the logic 1 gets to the input module but does not register

please, where can i locate the baterry if any

Can any one advice on this problem.

pls I don't understand your situation, because you don't answer to my questions. Now PLC is power on and runing? Green led RUN can be ON. That message on OP7 panel still remain on screen, or there is another message on display? What it means input module? Maybe som good pictures will be helpfull.
