CPU problem

muneeb Experienced Member Joined: 1/17/2006 Last visit: 2/7/2022 Posts: 171 Rating: (0)	I m encountering a problem in S7-414-2DPcpu that all the LEDs start blinking and PLC goes to inaccessible mode ,this state can be cleared after comletely resetting the CPU.The PLC is running smoothly for 5 years but for last 1 week i m encountering that problem, What could be the reason. (firmware or scantime)??,how can i remove that fault Hoping to hear in urgent Thanks Moneeb
