CPU S5 948 problem

I am facing problem CPU 6ES5 948 that without program it goes in RUN mode but with program loaded RUN & OFF  are off and BASP is blinking rapidly. It happens with and without connected to rest of system. What may be the reasons, is the CPU damage? 

Can some one help on this?

Hello

"BASP LED ON" means that the PLC is writing to an address (I/O)  that does not exist. BASP inhibits all configured outputs.

Please check your program and ensure all I/O Cards are available and powered.

Also could you please upload a screen shot of the ISTACK

The PLC going to Run without a program is nomal.

This means that it is reset and ready. (all memory and data blocks deleted)

Hi , 

 Program is OK as I did nothing with program. There is only one Profibus card in the rack except the CPU and problem is occurring with and without this card. Screen shots are attached in different conditions for your better understanding.
