Hey, it is not easy ti read what you want to do. To coomunicate to S7 1200 you did not need "OPC". Normally, if you want to use a PC, you need only "WinCC Advanced" (not WinCC Professional). I think you need for the first time a consultant (Ask a siemens consultant). Hello, you can make a project just like you did for hmi for the pc. in wincc you add runtime advanced or runtime professional, depending on the needs of your project. you have to install the software wincc runtime advanced or wincc runtime professional on the pc you use for the visualization. you also need a license for this software. you can downloada demo project for runtime advanced in this article: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/73468169 K!ke |

I've manage to do get the project to run on the WinCC Runtime but i can not get any communication between the PC and CPU1200 to work. Thanks Steve. |

You select TCP/IP for PC/PG interface? IP adress correct? |
