If so you need to update all functions referencing the changed FB/FC. When you download a FB/FC with changed data interface without updating referencing functions, you will experiance same fault as you describe and CPU will go into STOP. regards

Check the PLC resources to see how many are being used. If it approaches 90%, you may have serious performance problems with your program. What firmware S7-1214 do you have? I have had the exact same problem with certain 1214's and certain firmware. What add-on modules are installed? If there is a firmware update available for those add-on modules, you should install them. If it continues to happen after all this, you should submit your project and PLC hardware / firmware levels for every device added to the project and send to Support Request. There may be a firmware update that is only available on an "as needed" basis. You may "need" it.
