If you have the same behavior as you describe when downloading after a factory reset on the plc, it may be you are putting too much into the plc memory. Check the PLC resources to see how many are being used. If it approaches 90%, you may have serious performance problems with your program. What firmware S7-1214 do you have? I have had the exact same problem with certain 1214's and certain firmware. What add-on modules are installed? If there is a firmware update available for those add-on modules, you should install them. If it continues to happen after all this, you should submit your project and PLC hardware / firmware levels for every device added to the project and send to Support Request. There may be a firmware update that is only available on an "as needed" basis. You may "need" it. |
