CPU313-2DP & its DP port

My question is can we use the DP port to be connected to PG/PC (Step7 Manager) for online monitoring of the programming? Thank you in advance. Tomy.

Hello Tomy Master, If you are talking about USB PC adapter 6ES7972-0CB20-0XA0, then the answer is yes you can. The USB PC adapter can be connected to MPI or DP networks and supports transmission rate up to 1.5Mbps. Please see this manual Hope this helps.
