CPU313 red led on SF and STOP blinking

Patrikk Posts: 131 Rating: (0)	Dear all, we have a 313 CPU 6ES7313-1AD03-0AB0 installed in a filling line machine with a sitop PS 6EP1333-2AA00. Sometimes we encounter this problem: when we want to start the machine the next day we see that the CPU313 has its SF led red and its STOP blinking.we connected the PG to the PLC and we saw the program on the PLC still existing and hasnt been deleted we download again the program and then the machine works again fine until the next crash happen.sometimes 10 days or 2 weeks or 3 weeks. so wat do u think could be the problem? is it the internal battery of the PLC? or there issues related to power supply? thanks for ur help.

Hi Patrikk, It is very difficult to tell the problem from above information, Next time when same problem you face Go online, Right Click on Block in that Object Properties, In that Diagnostic Buffer you will find the Last Problem with CPU. So with this you will able to find out the Problem in the PLC, or if you can’t able to understand make the print & send to as we can help you. Also Please Send the Detail of OB used in your Project. If Some OB in not loaded in CPU, when problem occurred CPU goes in to Stop.

Since you say you can use the diagnostic buffer, Once you find the CPU in the error state, kindly connect and go online, check the module information and tell the cause of the error. Is it an IO management error, might be that an input goes out of range or a programming block with an error is called, also check which OB is it requesting for..

Hi Patrikk, I was just gone through your Backup, it was a simple program, but did't get to see in detail, just create OB121 & OB122 & transfer in to the PLC. & checked if your problem same send me the Diagnostic buffer, when next time your PLC goes in stop.

Patrikk Posts: 131 Rating: (0)	dEAR aMMY, I COULDNT CONNECT TO THE PLC LAST TIME THE PROBLEM HAPPENED. BUT WHAT I SAW IS THAT WHEN I TURNED TO "MRES" FOR 3 SECONDS THE RED "SF" WAS GONE.I THEN CONNECTED MY PG NORMALLY AND GUESS WHAT ? MY SOFTWARE WAS STILL EXISTING IN THE PLC AND I RESTARTED MY MACHINE NORMALLY WITHOUT DOING THE DOWNLOAD FROM MY PG. SO WHAT DO U THINK MIGHT BE THE CAUSE FOR THIS PROBLEM ?
