CPU314 v3.3 micro memory card?

Hello,

I have 314-1AG14-0AB0 CPU v3.3 that I need to use for job. I believe I am having an mmc problem.

I didn't buy a new memory card with it because I thought one that I have been using would have worked.

I have 2 128kB MMCs 6ES7953-8LG20-0AA0 and 6ES7953-8LG11-0AA0.

Neither of these cards will reset? Do I need a more up to date MMC?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Could it be that these cards have been damaged (magnetic fields) of have been formated other than from Siemens?

I spoke to someone today at siemens, it turns out that I do require a new mmc. The ones that I was trying to use aren't compatible with the v3.3 firmware.

Below is a list of part numbers of MMC's compatible with S7 300 CPU's v3.3
