CPU314C 2DP and find MMC, can't download any program

kindly i appreciate your replay, and yes it's a new MMC i take it from a CPU( IM181-8) was in the store as a spare parts ,

and its type isSIMATIC S7, MICRO MEMORY CARD FOR S7-300/C7/ET 200, 3.3 V NFLASH, 128 KBYTES ,6ES7953-8LG30-0AA0

and i put this MMC in my lap and she ask for format, so i make format for it, the cpu without MMC i can see the operating mode of the CPU( RUN/STOP) switch in the module information window , just when i put MMC i lose this comunication , and please don't tell me MMC is destroyed ,i will cry, , rellay i need to make this communication , it will help me to make alot of simulationexercise , you know this CPU type have all you you need in i/ps and o/ps types ..

now i am at home in my weekend, tomorrow morning i will try hard to make the comunication successful, and i will be very happy with your help.
