Bajirao1121 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello all, I have CPU314C-2PN/DP and I used Continues Counter Ch-1 for Length counting purpose with Proximity sensor for length of wire in Bobbin. I creat Continues Counting block and I am getting proper length output but when I reset the Main power OFF machine and ON again then the Actual Length getting ZERO. This program created in TIA V11. Please anybody can tell how to solve this issue. Thanks, Bajirao

Open the Data block were your information are inside and have a look to the column "retain". If you check the box, the value will stay even after a power off. If this column is not visible, have a right-click to "Data type" -> "Show/Hide" and activate the column "Retain" Regards

Solution: How can the counter values of compact CPUs and of the FM 350/FM450 counter module be made available again after a power failure? Regards, Marcjan
