Hello My problem is how to make proper hardware configuration. My PLC is CPU315-2 PN/DP - master in this system we have got also 2 IM151, EM277, and two boiler with CP342-5 Boiler 1 (Profibus nr 11) CPU314C-2 PN/DP with two CP342-5 (240B OUTPUT, 32BYTE INPUT) first CP342-5 is slave to CPU315 second CP342-5 not important to me Boiler 2 (Profibus nr 12) CPU314C-2 PN/DP with two CP342-5 (240B OUTPUT, 32BYTE INPUT) first CP342-5 is slave to CPU315 second CP342-5 not important to me CP342-5 is 6GK7 342-5 DA02-0XE0 ver.5.0(SIEM80D6.GSE) Could You look into my hardware to check is it OK ? In OB1 I call FC1,FC2 to send, read data. Regards AttachmentS7_Boile.zip (75 Downloads) |

Hello sma; Have you seen this recent discussion? /tf/WW/en/Posts/87719#top Study the link provided in the thread so you have an understanding of how the CP 342-5 communicates with the CPU, over the backplane, using FC1 and FC2. For each CP 342-5 in your configuration theHWConfig editor will attribute a different hardware address, So you should calla pair of FC1 and FC2 twice, each time with a different CPLADDR parameter corresponding tothe CP 342-5 you are linking these functions with. Of course you will have to adapt the parameters SEND and RECV based on the highest IO address inserted in the modules of your slaves, this also should be different for each CP 342-5,. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
