Dear Sir,

We are having a system that connects siemens CPU315 & PP17 through profinet.

The problem is button on PP17 are damaged so want to replace the PP17 device. But issue is I am not able to see the signals. So only plug & play is sufficient or need to do changes in hardware configuration, if yes please tell what changes we need to do.

You need to set the IP-Adress and device name.

As far as I know, PP17 PN do not have a MMC Slot for adress settings...

So you may use "proneta" software for that purpose.

Where we need to set IP address
