Dear Experts in a project which is about the running of a conveyor belt a CPU317F has been used with fail safe modules SM326 DI24 and SM326 DO10. in the system program in FC1001(fail safe FC in attached program) we need to omit DB1000.DBX(2.1, 2.6 , 2.0 , 2.5 , 1.7 , 2.4 , 2.3 , 2.7) in network 37,38,43. I've done it in LAD-FBD editor and download it. (When I wanted to download it asked me do you want to deactivate safety mode.) So, after download system works completely but when we lose the power, CPU goes to STOP mode, and I should download the program again and do changes. Any time that the power lost this happen. I really appreciate if you provide me with your helpful comments. Thank you in advance Best regard Alireza naghdi AttachmentFC1001.pdf (84 Downloads) |

Hello naghdi1659 that behaviour is normal! If you run in deactivatedsafety mode (which you mustonly do for test purposes and ensure you have other safeguards in place), the CPU will automatically start up in safety mode again after a Stop/Start transition. I suggest you studythe SIMATIC Industrial Software S7 Distributed Safety - configuring and programming manual to ensure you know the in's and out's of dealing with Safety programming (especially chapter 10.4 and 10.9.2 which deal with the downloading and deactivation of safety mode). I hope this helps |
