CPU414-5 H PN/DP communication problem in Class A network address

Dear Friends,We want to use Class A network address for our automation systems like CPU, Engineering station WinCC, Operator station WinCC(all 3) because customer side network address used class A network IP addresses (Please see in plc configuration diagram as DDCMIS PC) and other third party systems like Schneider HT switch gear also used the Class A network IP addresses. In order to match their IP address, we changed our CPU PN port IP address from 192.168.0.5 subnet mask 255.255.255.0 to 22.10.91.245 subnet mask 255.0.0.0. Downloaded modified IP address (22.10.91.245) to CPU. We also changed Engineering station LAN IP address also to same series IP address.We are trying to ping CPU PN port IP address from Engineering Station PC, but we are not able to ping the same and requested timed out is coming.Please note that we changed Class A IP address for Scalance switch also. But first time, we can go online Hw config and all blocks, however after recycle the power supply for CPU, Scalance switch and ES PC. CPU is not at all communicating with Engineering station PC.So we checked CPU PN port IP address pinging from my laptop , I was receiving reply from same. I connected Ethernet cable directly from CPU PN port to my laptop. If I connected my laptop through Scalance switch, I am not able to ping CPU PN port. So we decided to change Scalance IP address to Normal switch.Tried to ping the same CPU PN port IP address through Normal Ethernet switch, but it was also not pinging.So restored Old IP address (192.168.0.XXX) to CPU PN port and my Engineering station PC. Now I can communicate CPU hw config, all blocks and WinCC also communicating .Please help me to solve this problem in urgent basis. Why Class A network IP address through CPU is not communicating to WinCC and also PN port IP address is not pinging?.Awaiting for your favorable reply.
