Hello,

    My problem is  " QVZ LED" flashing every 30 minutes. So I connect PG to CPU 948R and get the error at DI byte 250 and 251 as the attached picture but i do not know how byte 250 relative to which input hardware.

Please help me.

There is not enough information to do a correct diagnosis of you problem.

But from the information  you are providing, I am assuming that every 30 min your process is trying to access I/O that is not responding and giving you the QVZ fault.

Please check your I/O cards and your configuration. If you have a Profibus connection to additional field I/O please check and see if all I/O modules are OK.

From the Error Log, I can see that the diagnostic is pointing to PB108 and PB119.

Hi,

Do you see any other alarms other than the QVZ on your AP? Anything on your OM? How about SIM cards? Do you have redundant SIM configuration (field I/O connected to two redundant SIMs) or just AP/IM redundancy?

You have either some discrepancy in what AP-A and AP-B see or for some reason every half an hour you get on of your HW modules non accessible. Do you have any periodics of half an hour in your process that you know of? Something starting/stopping? Which time cycle interrupts is your program using?

Btw. in your log I see that either your log is very old or the time on your AP is not set correctly.

   There is nothing on AP, but the errors comming and going to OM every 30 minutes(please see the attached file). I've checked on SIM , there is nothing, that is switched I/O with IM308-C on every CPU and 2 IM153-2 modules on every station.

   There is error in the log relative to PB108 and PB119 but I can nor see any  PBs like that  in the program. 

   There is not process running every 30 minutes in the program and I do not know  how much time cycle interrupt  in the process, sorry about this.

   And one more question, there are 5 DIs module , so how to know the address of every DI module?

Sorry for the late response, I still have problem configuring my news feed, for some reason I don't get notified for every new post...

Now I see that it's actually different; you have some automatic depassivation routine running every half an hour, but as the error is all the time present, the depassivation is not successfull (for more than a fraction of second when the discrepancy is detected again). I don't know if the depassivation routine is programmed in user part of program or somewhere else - but in any case that doesn't matter.

What about this position 21CJF01.DA19, is it your AP rack or the SIM or the IMs? If this is TXP, do you have DS670?

   That's correct, It' s TXP .and 21CJF01.DA19 is CPU-A .

    I've changed everything to the good one included: Subrack, CPUA/B, IM314/324R; IM308-C but it's still problem. 

   Yes, there is a DS670 here(please see the attached picture)

   Yesterday, I tried to change Digital input module 4 of 5 stations  but the problem was still there.

Today I will try to change the last station.

     Please see the attached file. By the way, the system is connected to the field device using profibus-DP through IM308-C(6ES5308-3UC21); the system is connected to S5-95F through CP530(6ES5530-3LA12).
