i guess you have some basic problems.

First of all regarding REQ; DONE; ERROR; STATUS:

general: you do not have to use the clock byte. go with these steps:
1. generate a positive edge at REQ
2. Reset REQ and wait for DONE or ERROR.
3. if ERROR --> save the STATUS to get information about your ERROR
4. if DONE: Data was sent and you can start from 1.

If there is a "Block not found" please check the following:
after generating and compiling your blocks:
1. have you called you block in a cyclic OB like OB1?
2. and... have you loaded all your blocks into the PLC?

If you send sth. you have to know your length. just count how big your data, that you want to send, is
