Create applets for CP 343-1 IT!

thuynguyet Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	Hi all, I'm trying to create some new applets for my CP 343-1 IT, of course thanks to Siemens document (IT-CP-Info_e.pdf). But I can not compile because of the problem with import de.simatic... I've got s7api.jar, s7gui.jar, ... from my CP 343-1 IT. I wonder if they're ok because there's an error when I check them as following: $ jar tf s7api.jar Error in JAR file! Cannot locate central header! Can you help me?

thuynguyet Posts: 18 Rating: (0)	Thanks for help, I've got the S7 beans from a CP 343-1 IT and they seem to be the Runtime beans. I've just tried with the link and the Release beans seem to be ok! By the way, I don't understand the differences between Runtime beans and Release ones? I'm not very experienced with Java and now there're still very many "Syntax errors on tokens, delete these tokens" in the examples. I think it may be something outside, but if you'd help me? Actually there is no difference but it might be that the release Beans contain the interface information required for the Java Development System. The runtime Beans do not need to have this. Usually you can use always the release Beans. Best regards J_Bell
