Created alarm problems

Hi Experts,

I have used two S7-1200 CPUs, S7-1214 and S7-1212, connected to HMI, KTP1200 through communication network, Profinet.

I would like to use the alarm-view to display the alarm message with acknowledge as follows:

1. PLC triggers the alarms - the alarm view will visual and blinking and then press the soft button of Ack on HMI to steady colour. The alarm is disppeared when the fault clear.

I created the new alarm class and alarm view but the new alarm did not blink and the acknowledge button did not have any response on alarm.

Does anyone give me an advance?
