Creating Downtime Monitor project

Roger_007 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	I have installed WinCC ver 6.2 and Downtime Monitor ver 1.0 on an computer with Windows XP and everything worked fine, but the customer would now have WinCC on an Windows Server 2003 computer. I have now installed WinCC ver 6.2 and Downtime Monitor ver 1.0 on an computer with Windows Server 2003. When I try to create a new Downtime Monitor project I get this message: An error ocurred when trying to create the Compliance Service database, Operation aborted. So here I stand, I have tryed to uninstall/reinstall everything but still get the same message. What should I do to fix this???

As per matrix you need Windows 2003 SP1 Standard server OR Windows Server 2003R2 for WinCC 6.2. But if you have WinCC 6.2+SP2 then you need Windows server 2003 R2 SP2 + KB929046 OR Windows server 2003 SP2. Also for WinCC 6.2 SP2, you need downtime monitor V1.0 SP1.

Roger_007 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Then I have checked the exact software ver. installed on the computer. 2003 V5.2 SP2 (KB929046) WinCC 6.2 SP2 Downtime Monitor Ver 1.0 SP1 All seems OK, but I can not manage to get this Downtime monitorworking, beause of this error when trying to create a new project..
