creating excel database in pc using s7 300 plc db (via ethernet)

That is we are having a process like first reading the id of the product then doing process. the process has 7 or 8 data to be stored. after that will go tonextproduct. So whats our requirement is we will have a line of data for first product then the second product in second line. my question iswhat are all the requirements to do this. kindly help
