All Services should be in State "Started", StartupType "Automatic" Also check that the useraccount is in the group "SIMATIC HMI" Regards Christoph Dear all, I have problem "Creation of runtime project failed. There is no access to the database CC_HMI_I1TG_19_10_04_16_45_48LT.,,,9:49:37 AM". If you have closed the WInCC and do not have opened a Project then there should be no Databases Attached in the SQL Server. The Databases and Segments will only attached if you start Project an d Runitme. -> so these Database connections are all defects. (I happens for example if your PC System crashes). You can try to manually detach the Databases with CC_.... Or you use the Script "Reset_WinCC.vbs" in the Bin directory of the WinCC Professional RT Installation.If you start this one a CCCleaner will try to detach all open connections. If a Database connection still is open in the SQL Server and you want to open the same project again then this will block the action and you get the Error Messages you have written. Bye Murof

You should make it member of all Siemens, Simatic, SQL groups in user management. Other thing to try delet all contetnt of the ProjectFolder/IM/HMI , and rebuild all. Repeat all settings from Security Controller aplication. Best regards
