I follow your suggestion to copy all the data from old CF card to new CF card through windows explorer. After that I powered on all the components including CU. The status of CU is blinking orange with alarm (A01007), Motor module status is blinking red ( three motor modules connected with CU), sensor module also blinking red ( three sensor module connected). I attached one picture when I go online with the new CF card and what is the warning showing in the starter please find it. Drive unit 01 in the picture having problem. Shall I download the the paramters to the drive again? Because I just copy the data from old CF to new CF card no more done. Please advise me the solution. Attachment Untitled.jpg (119 Downloads)

CU is blinking red now and message is showing 130000 only. please suggest me about this as well I will be very thankful to you.

ChristophD Grandmaster-Expert Joined: 5/12/2006 Last visit: 6/7/2023 Posts: 21512 Rating: (2856)	Hello, Message 13000: The difference between the CF are that the old have a performance licence and the new one not, so this is the reason for the Message 13000. This was wroten in my first post! You have another CF Card without any performance option but for the project it looks that you need the performance option! So you can try to buy a performance Option for you new CF Card and enter the licence to activate it, then this message desapear. Or you open a Support Request and try to transfer the Performance Option Licence from the damaged card to the new card, for this you must have the CoL (Certificate of Licence) which was delievered with the Old card. For every new card we need to purchase the performance license as well? it is necessary? and how we know from the starter which program/CF card need performance license because we have plenty of other machines with the Sinamics.

If you order a new one you should check if the old configuration have a performance option. For FW V2.6 from the functionmanual Information regarding the Performance 1 option The Performance 1 option (order number: 6SL3074-0AA01-0AA0) is required from a computation time utilization greater than 50%. The remaining computation time is displayed in parameter r9976[2]. As of a CPU runtime utilization greater than 50%, alarm A13000 is output and the READY LED on the Control Unit flashes green/red at 0.5 Hz. Regards Christoph
