F30001 Overcurrent Check the following:

 Motor data, if required, carry out commissioning

 Motor connection method (Υ / Δ)

Module

 Line quality

 Make sure that the line commutating reactor is connected properly

 Power cable connections

 Power cables for short-circuit or ground fault

 Power cable length

If this doesn't help:

 U/f operation: Increase the acceleration ramp

 Reduce the load

 Replace the power unit

With above description of fault, in most cases it is likely that there is not anything wrong with the replaced CU. It could be that the new CU is either tuned better to control the motor for the application orwith the newer contorl unit (withupdated firmware) the drive / motor combination performs better in application (i.e. No Overcurrent Faults)
