CU305DP telegram issue

Good night . I have an old cpu, 315 2dp trying to communicate with a new CU305DP.

I already configured the control unit correctly, placing telegram 111, the peripheral addresses are identical between S7300 and CU 305DP, I loaded the correct GSD in Step7, but I do not see the bits in control word or status word.

Through so simatic manager, HW config, putting online, the CU 305 appears OK, without any fault. Any idea? could be firmware incompatibility, since my CPU is very old (FW 1.1) and my control unit (FW 4.4.45)

maybe Bit 10 in Control Word 1 is missing. If this is not sent to the drive, nothing will be received by the drive. (please also note the high byte / low byte switching between PLC and drive)

Yes, SFC 15 and SFC14..

instruction configuration is ok, LADDR= W#16#3FE (Diag.Address 1022).

GSD FIle is V4.4.3 and Cu firmware version is 04.40.45..

diag adress 1022?
You must send it to the telegram I/O adress of the CU305 (to the telegram of the drive).
