HI all support,

I have some issue when created and configure the drive with SIMOTION D410 - 2PN.

I using D410 for controller and extended an axis by CU310-2PN in HW configure.

When I selected Telegram " SIEMENS telegram 105, PZD-10/10" for power module that belong to CU310 then I got this error below.

" With device "cu003", module "SIEMENS telegram
105" in slot "2" must be operated isochronously either
in the "IRT high performance" RT class, or it must be
replaced by a module without DSC."

"On device "cu003", the (sub)module in slot = 2.2
should be operated in isochronous mode. Check the
isochronous mode settings on the IO device and on
the CPU in the "Synchronous Cycle Interrupts" or
"Isochronous Mode Tasks" tab."

So how to solve it?

you have select the Telegramm for the CU not for the drive.

please ad drive objec select Telegramm …

Thank you for your replied.

I have already added the drive object in SIMOTION SCOUT as U1021 and select telegram 105,PZD10/10 as well after that save and compile then I have got these errors.

And also did align telegram with HW config. But in HW config still inconsistent.

When I changes telegram to 102,PZD 6/10 it's no problem.

So what does it means?

Hello,

telegram 102 doesn't need PROFINET IO IRT (isochronous).

Tel 105 need isochronous mode!

to solve the errors with Tel105 config:

create a port topology in hwconfig between PLC and Drive (rightclick on PLC PN INterface -> Topology)

sert the syncrules (PLC=Sync-Master; Drive = Sync-Slave) (rightclick on PLC PN Interface -> domain Management)

open properties of Drive PN Interface an check the bus cycle times

after that it should be compiled without any problem.
