CU320 2DP: How to upgrade from V4.4 HF4 to V4.4 HF11?

 Hi Sir

We have same problem in our equipment. The alarms are same with this case, F30611/1951. F30600/9999, F1600/0, the occur frequency is about every month. I have replaced the MM, DriveClicQ cable, CU before seeing your answer. And now, I check the CU firmware, CU320-DP, FW version 4.4.0.4, Control_Unit FW 4402315. Is is same reason with this case?

Can I upgrade the V4.4HF23? I just see the upgrade instruction that upgrading process to v4.4 from v4.3,  but there is no to V4.4HF23 from V4.4 low version.

this fault F30611(1951) is a known issue, the firmware of the CU320-2 must be upgraded to the version V4.4 HF11 (4.40.23.22)or HF12 (4.40.23.25), then this fault will disappear.

Thank you for your information, and one question is how to upgrade firmware in small version, I did not find related documents upgrading V4.4 HF4 to V4.4 HF11,  I only find the documents about upgrading V4.3 to V4.4/V4.5/V4.6.
