CU320 cannot start

Hi All,

I have my CU320 :

• CU320 - 2DP : 6SL3040-1MA00-0AA0

And when I start,the positions of the Leds are these :

• RDY : RED, continuously
• DP : Orange, continuously
• OPT : Orange, continuously
• BOP : Off.

And the CU don't finish to start.

I Looked in the book :Sinamics S120 Commissioning Manueland saw that this state correspond toHardware reset.

• I Tried to reinitialise manually, but problem is still there
• I disconned all and connect again, but nothing change
• I cannot also connect this CU to starter
• When I change CU320 with another It work normally. But I want to know what happend.

Please what can I do to resolve this problem ?

Hi Expert,

When I Interchange Memory card with another CU320 (CU320_2). This problem continue to appear in CU320_1.

could this mean that the problem comes from CU320_1 or not?

Here also we can see the state for powering up the CU320.

And we can see that we are still in the first state of loading software. "Hardware reset".

And that's the state where we have problem. It's before checking Memory Card and so one.

Please, What can we say about it ?

I have got the same problem right now, I still not clear about the solutions to solve this problem.

That's only one way to solved ( replace new CU320 ) or update firmware in CF card also can solve this issue?
